Return Policy

Most new and unopened items purchased at FWS The Showroom can be returned within 90 days upon purchase, unless otherwise stated in the return policy exceptions.

Approved returns will be exchanged by other item, reimbursed in cash, credited to your account or refunded through store credit. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless otherwise stated in the return policy exceptions. Returns on purchases made with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as a store credit.

In cases where a return is required as a result of a store mistake, shipping costs will be fully reimbursed. Exceptions may apply (including express delivery). Items must be returned intact, packaging must be “as new” and product entire components must be returned in order to obtain a full refund.
